Who is Citron Leaf Studio?

Citron Leaf Studio is me, Tracey Pate.  

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, I've been making things for as long as I can remember.  From playing in the backyard making mud pies with my friends and cousins, to writing my own newsletter called, The Turtle Monthly, as a kid, to cooking up a pot of leaves on my mom's stove to make a natural fabric dye as a teen, I've been a maker of creative things.  My mom took me to the Nelson-Atkins Museum for the children's art classes, and later I moved on to attend the Kansas City Art Institute where I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.  

Other interests include vintage Airstream travel trailers.  My "way out" there dream would be to travel around in an Airstream making quilts and exploring the United States.
